At PACC's 45th anniversary celebration, Capital
One Bank will receive the Corporate Leadership award. This
honor gratefully recognizes Capital One
Bank's ongoing and outstanding con tribution to
PACC's work. As a member of the New York Mortgage Coalition,
Capital One
Bank has supported PACC and its fellow community organizations that
provide
homebuyer counseling and affordable mortgages in our moderate income  and
minority communities. Capital One has also opened branches in severely
underserved
areas with low income and minority communities including Fulton Street,
in PACC's service area.
