PACC is currently marketing 38 studio
apartments at 40 Vanderbilt Avenue-a new development in Wallabout-Fort
Greene that was designed by award-winning architects, who have
incorporated many green design features into the building. The
apartments are for single adults with incomes ranging from $21,774 to
$28,650, and monthly rents between $492 and $664.
This is a great opportunity to live in a newly-constructed building
that is part of the larger Navy Green master plan, which will include
over 458 units of mixed-income housing, a beautifully landscaped common
green, retail stores, and community facility spaces.
The 38 apartments of 40 Vanderbilt Avenue are within a larger permanent
supportive housing residence building that will have an additional 59
units reserved for individuals who had been chronically
homeless and meet the criteria for the NY/NY III City-State
partnership. On-site social services will be available to all residents
and provided by Brooklyn Community Housing and Services, a local
non-profit.
In marketing the 38 studio apartments, there will be a priority given
to residents living within Brooklyn Community Board #2. Please see
below for application details. Lottery deadline is November 2nd !!
