First Time Home Buyer Workshops are comprised of 4-5 sessions over the course of a month. Check our events page to view upcoming dates.

A one time fee of $50 is required ($40 for PACC Members) payable by money order only.

-Mail or hand deliver the form with a $50 money order to 1224 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, 11238 to expedite your registration. Money Orders must be made out to Pratt Area Community Council; if hand delivering your registration please come from 9:00am-4:30pm.
