Please be our guest at Pratt Area Community Council's quarterly breakfast to improve Rent Regulations on Friday, March 27th. This is a catered breakfast and will include a lively discussion of the next steps following some recent developments in Albany. This is a great opportunity to get a concise breakdown of the organizing and advocacy work that will make these changes real in NYC.
