PACC Talk January 2010
PACC TALK...
...Read about the pursuit of building an equitable, diverse, engaged and flourishing community in central Brooklyn.
Dear Members, Friends and Supporters:

I am pleased to present PACC's 2009 Annual Report.  As you may know, 2009 was our 45th anniversary year of serving the communities of Central Brooklyn. PACC was founded by community activists in 1964, fighting for tenants' rights and housing equality, community safety and physical improvements. Today, our board, staff, and volunteers continue to address the pressing issues affecting our community - tenant displacement and harassment, mortgage foreclosure, water and sewer lien sales, loss of affordable Section 8 housing, and the need for targeted investment to support business activity on Fulton Street.  Our report details PACC's response to these issues and I hope you will find it informative

We value the contributions over the years of PACC's many supporters, staff, and members. As we look to the future, we promise to remain true to our mission and respond both programmatically and as advocates for the needs of the communities we serve.

  Sincerely,

DH Siggy
