Since 1988, PACC has managed buildings with affordable housing units developed specifically for community residents. In addition to "back office" duties, (i.e., accounting, collecting rents, hiring and supervising on-site personnel, marketing, tax credit compliance, and leasing apartments), PACC coordinates and performs all maintenance services and repairs. Currently, PACC manages 57 buildings containing a total of 550 residential and 14 commercial units.
